Two Die As Plane Crashes In San Fransisco



At least two people were killed and over 100 injured when a South Korean Boeing 777 aircraft crash-landed at San Francisco International Airport.

The plane, an Asiana Airlines Flight 214, from Seoul, South Korea’s was said to be carrying over 300 people on board, including passengers and crew.

Most of the passengers escaped unhurt down before the plane burst into flames.



The two Chinese teens who died had been seated at the back of the aircraft..

It is yet unknown what the cause of the crash is. ”Currently we understand that there were no engine or mechanical problems,” Asiana chief executive Yoon Young-Doo said at a news conference.

However, eight adults and two children who suffered critical injuries are being treated at San Francisco General Hospital.

The rest of the 181 people taken to the hospital had minor injuries and some of them have been discharged, officials say
