Johan Cruyff says Brazil will crush the Netherlands if the two sides meet at World Cup 2014.
The legendary Dutchman sees little reason for optimism despite Oranje's smooth qualification campaign
Holland beat Andorra 2-0 on Tuesday evening to become the first European team to book their ticket for next year's tournament - with Italy becoming the second European representative shortly after - but Cruyff feels Oranje are not among the teams to beat in South America.
"We should be happy if we survive the group stages at the World Cup. We will have done a good job if we reach the knockout stages," the 66-year-old told RTL Late Night.
"It's really not that hard to judge the teams that will be at the World Cup.
"I saw Brazil play at the Confederations Cup. They will crush Holland. We only stand a chance against them if we can keep up football wise."
Netherlands were beaten 1-0 after extra time by Spain in the final of the 2010 World Cup after previously losing the 1974 and 1978 showpieces against West Germany and Argentina respectively.
