Victor Moses

Born on 12 December 1990 in Lagos Nigeria, to chriatian parents, Victor Moses on attaining the age of 11, Moses lost his parents in the ensuring riot in Kaduna State, North of Nigeria.

A week after that incident, a relative took him to Britain, There he attended Stanley Technical High School (now known as the Harris Academy) in South Norwood, where he was scouted by Crystal Rovers officials while playing football in the local Tandridge League. He was offered a place in the Eagles' academy, from where he was promoted to the first team.

He made his debut in The Championship for Crystal Palace on 6 November 2007 away from home against Cardiff, and ended scoring 3 times in his first sason.

From Crystal Palace, he signed for Wigan Athletics after Palace went into administration.

It was in the colours of Wigan that Moses really shone, as he almost single handedly took the club from relegation, before he was signed by Chelsea football club.

The Nigerian played a major role in Chelsea’s march towards lifting the Europa Cup after the Blues were eliminated from the Champions League.

At the International level, Moses represented England at under-16, under-17, under-19 andunder-21 levels, but opted to play for Nigeria at the Senior team level where he played a pivotal role as Nigeria after over 20 years lifted the African Cup of Nations for the third times.
